This is a containment over Cells Number 3 and 4. The containment was put in place as a third barrier between the Cell 4 work and the service area. |

This picture shows the third barrier being constructed over the second barrier. The second barrier is a more rigid structure that is designed to function with the ventilation system that is in place in Cell 4. |

This is a picture inside the second barrier shown in picture 4. The containment surrounds remote controlled hatch covers that lead into both Cell 3 and 4, a glove box into Cell 4, and a small overhead crane. |

The overhead crane is used for waste transfer. The waste generated in Cell 4 is rigged up and transferred down into Cell 3 for further packaging. This picture shows a window from Cell 4 being removed and sealed up prior to lowering it into Cell 3. |
