The CEMDPS Disconnected Client Application is a utility that enables the owners/operators of affected facilities to create, correct, and change electronic data records (EDRs) on their local computers. This utility will aid users as they prepare monitoring plans, test protocols, test results, and other information as specified by PADEP for subsequent upload to the CEM Data Processing System (CEMDPS) Online Application.This utility is designed as a standalone client-based application that will run offline and require distribution of software and updates to local computers. Data created using this application will need to be uploaded to the online application for submittal to the Department.

The Department will maintain a contact listing of those utilizing the CEMDPS Disconnected Client Application in order to keep you abreast of any developments or needed updates. We strongly recommend that you provide us with your name, company, telephone, and email before you download the application and instructions. Please email this information to czadakis@state.pa.us. Any problems you encounter with the application should also be forwarded to this address.
