The Pennsylvania 2006 AIM Coatings Compliance Assessment is due to the Department by June 15, 2006.

2006 AIM Coatings Compliance Assessment Instruction Booklet – This booklet contains information and instructions about the Pennsylvania 2006 AIM Coatings Compliance Assessment.

Form 1 – This is a pdf file that must be printed, completed and signed for submittal with your company’s 2006 AIM Coatings Compliance Assessment report.

Form 2 - This is a pdf file that can be printed and used to tabulate the data needed to complete the Microsoft Excel® FORM 2 worksheet for your company’s AIM coating products.

Confidentiality Form – This is a pdf file that can be printed, completed and signed for submittal with your company’s 2006 AIM Coatings Compliance Assessment report if confidentiality is requested.

Exemption Form – This is a pdf file that can be printed, completed and signed for submittal to the Department if you believe that your company is not subject to this reporting requirement.

Microsoft Excel® Reporting Forms – This Excel Workbook contains the worksheets for reporting your company’s data for this compliance assessment.

Microsoft Excel® Reporting Forms Example - This Excel Workbook contains examples of completed FORM 1 and FORM 2 Excel worksheets to use as a guide for completing your company’s electronic compliance assessment forms.

Microsoft Excel® VOC Calculator - This Excel Workbook contains a worksheet for calculating the VOC values for VOC actual, VOC regulatory and VOC regulatory low solids. You can enter data and the form will calculate the answer. The Department does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of this calculator.

Letter - This is a copy of the letter that was sent to companies identified as supplying, selling, offering for sale, manufacturing, blending or repackaging AIM coatings in Pennsylvania in accordance with the applicable regulations of 25 Pa. Code Chapter 130, Subchapter C, Architectural and Industrial Maintenance Coatings.
