Welcome to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection - Bureau of Air Quality. As part of Pennsylvania's initiative to provide wider public access to electronic media, this new service offers the most comprehensive on-line resource for air quality information in the Commonwealth.

This server provides information and services specific to Pennsylvania's air quality issues. Our program offers access to a wide range of information such as Central and Regional Office structure and services, regulation listings and updates, program summaries, documentation for permit applications, small business assistance, and other general air quality information and materials for use by the public.

As we continue to enhance our on-line capabilities, we will create a larger repository of information and services for users. Soon we will offer materials such as source reduction manuals for many of the toxic compounds newly regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and updates on transportation related topics such as lower emitting vehicles.
