• NOTICE - On November 9, 2006 the Governor signed into law Act 140, which will extend the Recycling Fee until January 1, 2012. It also requires mandated municipalities and other municipalities, except for counties, receiving more than $10,000 of Recycling Performance Grant funds (Section 904) to meet specific program performance requirements.
