As part of Governor Ridge's Reclaim
PA initiative, the Reclamation Clearinghouse is a storehouse of information related to the
reclamation of abandoned mine lands and abandoned oil and gas wells in Pennsylvania.
The purpose of the Clearinghouse is to provide information to interested parties to
increase reclamation.
A considerable amount of reclamation
related information exists in various formats. The Clearinghouse assembles this
information in a single location. Where possible, links have been provided for
locations where data is presently stored. In cases where direct links are not
possible, the Clearinghouse provides directions to locate the information.
