Bloomsburg University, located in Bloomsburg, PA, participated in a P2/E2 site visit on April 5, 2001. Bloomsburg University was founded in 1839 as the "Bloomsburg Literary Institute," Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is now a four-year co-educational public university that also includes graduate degree programs. Programs of study range from the arts and humanities to sciences, education, heath care, and business.
