Furman Foods, Northumberland

Furman Foods, located in Northumberland, PA, participated in a P2/E2 site visit on July 26, 2001. Furman Foods began in the summer of 1921 by canning 30 dozen glass jars of tomatoes. Since then The company has grown to 750 employees and processes over 1.3 billion tomatoes a year for the retail and food service markets.
