Sponsoring National Research Summit on EMS (10/22/99 - DEP Update)
The Multi-State Working Group (MSWG) on Environmental Management
Systems is sponsoring a research summit at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C.
on Nov. 2-3. The summit will allow researchers to discuss current and future directions
for environmental management system (EMS) research. Representatives from DEP will be
participating in the event.

Working Group, CSG Forge Partnership (4/9/99- DEP Update)
The Council of State Governments (CSG) is the new administrative home for
the Multi-State Working Group on Environmental Management Systems (MSWG). An agreement was
worked out earlier this month between the two organizations outlining details of the
cooperative partnership, which integrates MSWG research projects into CSGs
