Hispanic
Council of Erie.
The Hispanic Council of Erie, located in Erie, PA, participated
in a P2/E2 site visit on July 9, 2001. The Hispanic American Council
of Erie was incorporated as a non-profit agency on April 25, 1975
with the mission of promoting the socioeconomic progress and well-being
of Erie's Hispanic community. Since that time, their mission has
grown to serve many of the limited English-speaking populations
found in our diverse community. Implementing that mission means
to bridge the gaps of understanding and act as a facilitator to
create conditions that allow growth and advancement. For more information regarding this site visit enter eFACTS
