PermaGrain Products, Inc., located in Karthaus, PA, participated in a site visit on February 22, 2001. PermaGrain Products, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of SmartFlooring. Thirty years of PermaGrain innovation have produced performance characteristics like slip resistance, and easy low-cost maintenance, while keeping an eye toward environmental responsibility.
