Subbasin number 4 has a total drainage area of 3286 square miles. Known as the Upper Susquehanna Subbasin, it includes the Susquehanna River from the New York border to the Lackawanna River. The subbasin encompasses all of Bradford, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties, and portions of Tioga, Potter, Sullivan, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wayne and Lycoming Counties.
Watershed E has a total drainage area of 309 square miles. Known as the Great Bend Susquehanna River Watershed, its major streams include Snake Creek and Starrucca Creek.
