Purpose: To provide information on Pennsylvania's Section 319 Nonpoint Source (PA's NPS) Program so that the Liaison Workgroup can organize and develop a workplan/schedule to begin the task of assisting DEP in the revision of PA's NPS Assessment Report and Management Plan over the next two years. The results of this effort will affect the direction of the Commonwealth's Nonpoint Program including the allocation of staff and grant resources, and the NPS Program's interaction with other agencies involved in NPS issues.
