Bylaws (Revised 5-27-10)

The Recycling Fund Advisory Committee (RFAC) is made up of the members of the Department's Solid Waste Advisory Committee, with the addition of four legislative members and additional representation from the recycling community, as directed by Act 101. Because of this, RFAC operates under the same bylaws which govern the Solid Waste Advisory Committee. Those bylaws are posted here.
