1. Check for Risk
Click on the icon and enter your structure zip code. Then enter your municipality. The gray areas on the map indicate abandoned mines.

If your structure is located in a gray area on the map, you should apply for insurance. If your structure is located along the border, you should apply for insurance. All applications are reviewed to make sure that your structure is in an at risk area.

2. Determine Coverage and Premium
Click on the icon below to view our premium chart. Use the chart to select your desired coverage and the related annual premium. Coverage is available from $5,000 to $500,000 up to the replacement value of your home plus 10% to cover losses to the appurtenances. If you are unsure as to the amount of coverage, your homeowner’s policy can help you determine the appropriate amount.

3. Apply
You are now able to apply online and pay the premium using either your credit or credit/debit card or print a copy of the application to mail. Click on the instructions icon below for instructions on How to Submit an Application. Be sure to keep a copy of the completed application for your files.
