Applications for PENNVEST funding for wastewater projects that will take place in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed must include nutrient credit trading as part of the cost effectiveness analysis. Nutrient credit trading examples were included in the "Handbook for PENNVEST Wastewater Projects "(Document Number 381-5511-113), to assist with the cost-effectiveness analysis.
