Verification Information

For compliance year 2011 (October 2010- September 2011) the following entities have verified certain pollutant reduction activities for the generation of nutrient credits under the Commonwealth’s Chesapeake Bay Watershed Nutrient Credit Trading Program. The Department has reviewed the information submitted and is prepared to register nitrogen and phosphorous reduction credits generated by the verified pollutant reduction activity upon receipt of a valid contract, as specified in 25 Pa. Code § 96.8(g).
