I'm having trouble trying to log in. It keeps asking me to re-enter my email address and password. Any suggestions? What's it looking for?

You need to register first. At the top of the login page, a "registered user" can login with e-mail address and password. At the bottom of the login page, an "unregistered user" must type in the email address and password to register. Once registered, a person then can login as a registered user and start using the web site.

I clicked the button provided on a web page in order to submit image files and other attachments through e-mail, but my e-mail program did not start. What should I do in order to submit attachment files?

In case that your e-mail program does not start automatically after you click the button on a web page for image file submission, please start the e-mail program manually. In the subject line, please enter "NIR" and the property name. Please send the e-mail to landrecycling@state.pa.us and copy to sfang@state.pa.us.

I did not complete the on-line submission of an NIR in my previous attempt. What should I do to continue the submission?

Please go to "Login Page" and try to log in again. That will take you to the Main Menu Page. Then click the "Update my NIR" button, which will lead to the "Identification Page". At the "Identification Page", type in a key word of the property name. This will eventually lead you to the "Update my NIR - Menu Page", which will provide a route for continuing the incomplete submission.

I encountered the following error message:
"Error Performing Query [State=23000][Error=-1605][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver] The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again."
What should I do to continue the submission?

This error was caused by submitting the same data repeatedly. To avoid this error, please do not use "Back" button, once you submit a web form.

Error Performing Query [State=21S01][Error=-3520][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Number of query values and destination fields are not the same.
What should I do to continue the submission?

This error may be caused by submitting a number grouping with comma, such as 1,234.56. To avoid this error, please do not use comma in the submitted number, e.g. please use 1234.56 instead of 1,234.56.
